The Landon Team serves the Denver and Austin metro areas. They specialize in "all things real estate," from selling to buying to flipping and building, to providing resources for those looking for a trusted partner to help them accomplish their real estate dreams.
As COVID-19 hit, they could no longer offer in-person tours. Although homes were still being bought and sold, it required new resources and innovative solutions from Landon’s team to respond to the new challenges.
So how did they adapt to keep their business growing?

Even in more recent months since the more strict quarantine restrictions have been lifted Landon reflected,
“Even in a hot market, like what we're in right now, it still makes sense to do these things because you want to eliminate every variable possible.
When we list the house, we want to make sure that nothing is left to chance, so everything we can possibly do from the marketing standpoint, pricing standpoint, staging, everything is 100%. [Our videos] got us where we need to be in that regard. So the only thing left to chance when a house goes on the market is the market itself. We can't control what people think or do, we just control what we can.”“Our sellers are excited about getting to see their house from a perspective that they haven't before... That's been a big success.”
Landon is also thrilled with the response to their own promotional video:
“One thing [ Two Stories ] did a really good job at… is really getting to know who we are, how we operate, how we're comfortable, and asking the questions in certain ways so the feel of the video matches who we are as a team.
It's been great because a lot of our sellers have come to us after seeing the video to see if we can do work for them.”
Coming out on the other side of the challenges of 2020, Landon is really excited about where his team is headed this year— and we are so excited for them as well!
